He is responsible for all aspects of Commercial Property, from start to finish, within his growing portfolio of 140 tenancies. From finding you a suitable tenant to ensuring a smooth sales process, he aims to provide clear and transparent communication throughout your commercial property journey whilst adding value to your investment and passive income stream. He has been in real estate for over 3 years, with Elders Commercial for the entirety, focusing on his passion of building relationships with like-minded people both inside and outside of the industry. If Gareth is not wearing his Elders ‘pink shirt’ with coffee in hand, he will most likely be running around either in the gym or with his kids at their sport, adopting an active role within their clubs coaching and mentoring.
