Testimonial..
‘I can recollect the first day I met Rosemary Lynch. She was working for a real estate agency in Eaton WA and we were locating to the South West and needed a house to rent. From then to now, which is over 20 years later, we have become good friends. After our first rental we went on to purchase our home in Australind which Rosemary helped us find. We eventually used her assistance as a Property Manager to rent out our house on retirement. We decided to travel and around Australia for a few years. This house was sold by Rosemary when we decided to settle in Mandurah. We also had a land development in which she succeeded in selling 8 of our properties. She is the most professional and efficient person that I know, and we have felt that we have been one of the most important clients she has had. As you can see, we have seen Rosemary in every capacity, we as renters, buying our home, renting our home, selling our home and in our business of land development. I can remember when she sold us our house, I received a phone call on a Sunday to say our offer had been accepted and I think that she was just as excited as we were. Whether you are the vendor or the buyer, she makes you feel as though she is your friend and will always go above and beyond to obtain the best outcome for you. She also has a wealth of knowledge of the real estate market and I will never hesitate to take her advice on anything I require. I am so proud to call her a friend’
