Hi I’m Karen King, Achieving successful sales is more than just getting the best price for my Vendor, it’s about creating a stress-free sale right up until settlement, in what can be a highly emotional time.

My relationship with my Vendors and Buyers has always been about making the best possible decisions when they are counting on you.

Listening to my clients, the most important part of our time together to achieve the same goal is listen to their wants and needs, regular contact and feedback on what buyers are staying about their home. An Agent who will pick up the phone when they call.

I began my Real Estate career in 2003 and have a strong background knowledge in both Property Management and Residential Sales, but my strength and passion is working with Sellers and Buyers to create, achieve and develop a goal that was just a dream “finding their forever home”

In the time I have worked in Real Estate I have experienced many changes, including dizzying highs and the challenging lows, but my success is a testament of hard work, vision and balancing a busy family.
