I have been working in the real estate industry for 5 years. Having started in property settlements at CS Legal in 2014 – where being a conveyancing assistant provided me with a fantastic knowledge of the buying and selling process – I moved into property sales three years ago joining the team at Southern Districts Estate Agency.
However, in addition to those 5 years, I have been surrounded by the Real Estate industry since I was a child. Being the daughter of Roslyn Ierace and Sam Ierace – both licensed Real Estate agents – I was raised, immersed in the industry and it also gave me an opportunity to often work part-time at their Real Estate offices.
I am a registered sales representative, born and raised in Bunbury. I have experienced firsthand living in many different areas of Bunbury, such as; Marlston Hill, Withers, Glen Iris, College Grove, Carey Park and Dalyellup – giving me an educated knowledge of the lifestyle in many of Bunbury’s popular areas.
