Three years ago, Tara began her journey with Elders Real Estate SouthWest as the Director of First Impressions at reception. That role was more than just a starting point—it taught Tara the power of genuine connection and laid the foundation for what has become a truly rewarding career.
Since then, Tara was promoted into leasing and, as of March 2024, proudly took on the role as a Property Manager. Each transition has come with its own set of challenges and growth opportunities, and Tara is incredibly grateful to Elders for the trust, support, and chance to continue evolving in this industry.
Beyond the office, Tara is a proud mum to five beautiful children. Tara says life is wonderfully full—busy, unpredictable, and deeply rewarding. She does her best to meet each day with energy and purpose, both at home and at work.
Tara is excited for the road ahead and feels lucky to be part of a team that champions growth, encouragement, and a strong sense of community.
